The transfer examination is a test of whether a student has the academic ability and specialized knowledge to keep up with lectures after entering the second or third year of university. Class Introduction
University Transfer Preparation A/B
In Measure A, students will strengthen their English skills through exercises in grammar, long-text reading comprehension, Japanese translation, and English translation. In Preparation B, students will acquire sentence structure skills and knowledge of current events, and learn how to write essays that will help them pass the exam.

Clarify your own future plans so that you can choose the academic field that best suits you. Students will prepare a statement of purpose and an interview according to their future career path, and acquire the education and logical thinking skills that are essential for university research.
English Debate
The goal is to acquire the knowledge, information gathering skills, logical and critical thinking skills, and four English language skills necessary for discussion in both Japanese and English. Students will develop logical and critical thinking skills that will be useful in their university studies.

In the future, I dream of becoming a world-class pilot.
I failed the entrance examination for Kanda University of International Studies, which was my first choice, and entered Kanda Institute of Languages, which has a transfer student system. At ECL (see p. 107), where I could speak with international students from various countries, I realized that even the same English can be pronounced completely differently in different countries. Based on this experience, I decided to transfer to Aoyama Gakuin University, where many faculty members study the diversity and culture of English used around the world. There is less information on the transfer examination than on the general selection examination, and each university has a completely different way to prepare for it. There were times when I was worried, but the teachers at the Transfer Center supported me. They kindly provided me with advice on everything from study methods to study materials and test preparation, and I was able to pass the entrance exam in the shortest possible time. I passed the transfer exam without a hitch and was able to obtain a TOEIC? score of 950 by the time I graduated. I believe that there is no other school in the world that offers such a complete environment to support those who work hard to achieve their goals. After transferring to Aoyama Gakuin University, I even went to visit a friend in Indonesia whom I had connected with through SNS. I was deeply moved when he showed me around the area and we were able to communicate in the English I had learned. Currently, I spend my days researching English in Southeast Asia from the perspective of English phonetics and sociolinguistics. I am learning more about the diversity of English so that I can communicate with people from all over the world. In the future, she hopes to work for an airline company where she can train as a trainee pilot, which has been her dream since she was in elementary school. As there have been no graduates from our university who have become pilots, I dream of the day when I will be the first one and will be able to fly with all the faculty and staff who have supported me since I was a student.
