EMBA-ISUGA is a three-year business school where students study business in France and Asia in "English". In addition to learning business in English, participants can also experience French culture. It is also possible to transfer to EMBA-ISUGA for the third year after graduation from the entire two-year program.

Taking the certification test (required)
Students are required to take the Practical French Proficiency Test four times during the two-year period (June and November), starting with Level 5 in June of the first year and aiming to obtain at least Level 2 by November of the second year.

Along with English, French has been adopted as one of the official languages of various international organizations, including the United Nations, Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), and Doctors Without Borders. French is also widely spoken in Canada and Africa, making it a great weapon for those who wish to work in these regions. French has 12 vowels and 4 nasal vowels, compared to 5 in Japanese. You may find it difficult to pronounce at first, but try to study French while being aware of the differences from English. You will be able to make much faster progress. Let's enjoy learning French together.

Dreaming of becoming a social studies teacher, I took the university entrance exam but was not accepted, so I enrolled in Kanda Institute of Languages with a view to transferring to a university two years later. I chose French because I wanted to one day engage in international aid activities in developing countries in Africa. In class, they teach French from the very basics, so even a complete beginner like me should be able to enjoy a simple daily conversation with a foreign faculty member after two years. English is also fine as long as you keep up with the daily classes and assignments. You will naturally acquire the necessary skills for university transfer. I narrowed down the schools I would like to enter by listening to the opinions of various people, taking after-school transfer preparation classes, and participating in study groups organized by graduating seniors. Counseling with professors at the transfer center also helped me a lot. In college, I plan to travel around the world and make time to reflect on myself. I hope to grow as a person by experiencing diverse cultures and interacting with people from different backgrounds, and to pass these experiences on to my students when I become a teacher in the future. My two years here have given me the energy to "try first, without fear of failure. If you haven't found what you want to do yet, please take the first step. Kanda Institute of Languages will do its best to support students who are willing to take on challenges.

The good thing about Kanda Institute of Languages is that you can study in classes that match your level of proficiency. I decided to enroll because I thought it would be a great environment to learn French and English, which I had been interested in since childhood, in a short period of time. The French course had much more foreign instructors than I had imagined, and at first I was worried about whether I would be able to properly understand the content. However, my fears were soon put to rest when the classes began. They teach us in a very detailed and attentive manner, starting with the basics of pronunciation, which is something Japanese people struggle with. Of course, English classes were taught mainly by foreign teachers, and I have fond memories of playing board games and video games from overseas with them at VISTA, a self-study facility, after school. I believe that I was able to obtain Level 3 of the Practical French Proficiency Test and improve my TOEIC? by 250 points in two years, thanks to the guidance of passionate teachers and the school's attentive learning support. Currently, I am enrolled at Kyoto University of Foreign Studies, where I am conducting comparative research on the differences in views of nature and religiosity between the Celtic culture that lives in Bretagne, France, and Japanese culture. I also work part-time as a guide for worshippers at a temple near the university, and I sometimes have conversations with foreign tourists in French. I am able to lead such a fulfilling student life because of the two years I spent at Kanda Institute of Languages.
