This is popular space for foreign students and Japanese students to meet together for mutual exchange. The lounge is usually occupied between classes and during lunch by students doing such things as reading, eating with their international friends, practicing languages, and teaching each other about their own country. Individual mailboxes of the foreign students and information bulletin boards are located in one corner of the lounge.
