Bed, desk, chair, desk-lamp, closet, bath & toilet, curtain, air-conditioner, refrigerator, and microwave.
Students are asked to provide tableware, cookware and cellular phone.
Wi-fi is available for free (your own PC is necessary)
Telephone is not available at each room.

First payment must be fully paid one month before your arrival.

-Deposit: JPY 30,000
-Relator’s commission fee(non-refundable): 50% of monthly rent
-Monthly rent fee: JPY 40,000 – 54,000 (depending on building　type)
-Fire insurance: JPY 4,000

For first payment, bank / wire transfer is available.
For Monthly payment, following two methods are available.
A. Bank transfer / Wire transfer
B. Bring cash to bank ATM and transfer
*Transfer fee will be charged.

-No room reserved without first payment.
-First payment will not be refunded once it is paid.
-Cancellation must be reported in written no later than one month prior to your move out.
-The bills for water, sewage, gas and electricity fees will be mailed to your room every month.
Payment can be made at a convenience store, post office, or bank in cash. The amount average cost of these fees is JPY 10,000 per month.
